On March 21st, 2017, renowned Chef and Restaurateur Bobby Flay paid a visit to the Spectrum 360 (formerly The Children’s Institute) campus in Whippany to provide a cooking demonstration and supervise a cooking contest between students in the organization’s Independence 360 Culinary Program. This fabulous event was held in Independence 360’s new professionally-outfitted kitchen funded by HFNJ and was filmed by staff and students in the organization’s media program.
