The Healthcare Foundation of New Jersey employs a rigorous application and reporting process to ensure that the projects we fund align with our mission and have the strongest possible positive impact on the communities we serve.
To help applicants and grantees successfully navigate our requirements, we have created a series of Grantee Toolkits. These easy-to-use, downloadable, 2–4-page documents guide readers through different aspects of HFNJ’s procedures. Many of the toolkits contain sample versions of the documents that are used in our application forms and reports, such as budgets and logic models.
